You can return your items within 14 days of receipt.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement product.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
We would like it if you also send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org if you want to exchange or return, so that we are already aware.
Right of withdrawal / Cooling-off period
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account. These costs are approximately 7.25 per package, consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at email@example.com. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided the product has already been returned in good order.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account again first.
Please contact your credit card company, it may take a while before your refund is officially transferred.
Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
